Who operates JobBoxed
JobBoxed is operated from Ontario, Canada. Questions about privacy, access, correction, or deletion can be sent to support@jobboxed.com.
Information you provide
During the beta, you may provide account details such as your name and email address; resumes, cover-letter or interview sources, job descriptions and links; application details and notes; fit reports; generated documents; and questions you send through AI Chat.
How we use it
We use this information to create and secure your account, compare a job with the sources you choose, save your application work, provide requested drafts, operate AI Chat, troubleshoot the beta, and improve reliability and clarity. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
JobBoxed uses service providers to host and operate the product, including Supabase for account, database, and private file storage, OpenAI for requested AI processing, and Railway for application hosting. Information may be processed outside Ontario or Canada by these providers.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide, secure, improve, and document the beta, or as required by law. We use reasonable safeguards, including private storage and account-based access controls, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your account information by contacting support. We may need to verify the request before acting. Deleting information can affect saved applications and generated documents.
Changes
We may update this policy as the beta changes. The version and effective date above identify the copy currently published on this page.
