Using the beta
By using JobBoxed, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. Keep your password and account access secure.
Your content
You keep your rights in the resumes, sources, job information, notes, and other content you submit. You give JobBoxed the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and generate the outputs you request. Do not upload content you are not allowed to use.
Drafts and responsibility
JobBoxed uses automated tools to help organize information and prepare drafts. Outputs can be incomplete, wrong, or unsuitable. You must review every score, claim, document, and recommendation before relying on it. JobBoxed does not promise an interview, offer, employment, ATS result, or any particular outcome.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, probe or bypass security, interfere with another person’s account, upload unlawful or harmful material, or use JobBoxed to make decisions about another person without appropriate permission.
Beta availability
The beta may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or data. You may stop using the beta at any time.
Disclaimers and limits
The beta is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, JobBoxed disclaims warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from beta use. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by posting a new version and effective date. Ontario, Canada law governs these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Contact support@jobboxed.com with questions.
